For the sake of talk, last year's festival of the arts was called an annual affair. Now this is true! Last year, Under the Radar's main goal was first and foremost, just happening; second, getting artists within the New College community out there, so to speak. This year we're building on reaching out to the community and participation in the festival is open to artists from all parts and parcels of the Sarasota-Bradenton community. Once again the festival will take place on the bay front at College Hall with music and art from morning till night.   Find out more about this and last year's festivals! | ||
